How to Uncapitalise Text Block in macOS?
You can use this application called SmartCapsLock to handle this issue. SmartCapsLock sits quietly in your menu bar and acts as an indicator always telling you if Caps Lock is ON or OFF.
Download the application from the website. Unzip and install the file from the source folder.

Also while installing SmartCapsLock will ask you to make small changes in the Accessibility settings of the macOS.
After install you will be able to see the software on the menu bar.
Programs like Microsoft Word or other text editors have this feature built-in. In case if you are using some normal textboxes, terminal or notepad, SmartCapsLock will come for the rescue. You can use it to uncapitalise text block or even other options like Upper case, ,Lower case, reverse case, Sentence case etc.,
The application also allows you to change the options for the keyboard shortcuts.
How to use it ?
Wherever you come up with text that you have mistakenly typed in all caps, just select the specific text and choose the keyboard shortcut in the above image. In the image above, you can see Sentence case can be achieved by pressing Caps Lock. For example, this block of code is type in all uppercase.

Select the text. Press CapsLock.
Immediately it is change to the selected type of formatting.
