With the advent of Windows 10, Microsoft is taking the approach of having a Windows App Store. This is something like Mac App Store or Play Store is Android. The real plan would probably be to verify all the apps in the Windows platform which I personally do appreciate. So, it would be great to allow unverified apps in Windows platform.
Since Windows has been in the game for a very long time, its a tedious process to verify all the applications out there. So, users might have to install unverified apps as of the moment. There is a new option in Windows Settings to allow unverified apps feature similar to personalizing lock screen.
How to always Allow unverified apps to be installed in Windows 10 ?
Go to Settings. Search for settings in the Windows Start Menu. Additionally it will come with a caption saying Trusted Windows Store App.
Choose Apps from all the options in the Windows Settings.
In the side pane, make sure Apps & Features is selected. Click on the Installing Apps dropdown and choose Allow apps from anywhere.
If you have more information about Windows App Store or any related topics, please feel free to share it in the comments section below.
